Cancellation of registration / enrollment after payment of training

The amounts paid as fees related to the application are not refundable, unless the edition of the course for which the candidate has been admitted does not open. The amounts paid as tuition fees and other fees are subject to reimbursement under the terms of article 15 of the Regulation for the payment of tuition fees and other attendance fees of the Polytechnic of Leiria. Occasional cases will be submitted for decision by the Management Board, upon presentation, in writing, of the reasons for the cancellation / withdrawal.

Cancellation of registration without payment of the course, but with paid registration

The request for cancellation / withdrawal of registration must be made in writing, and the candidate must present the reasons for his withdrawal to the Board of the corresponding School of the Polytechnic of Leiria. The amounts paid as fees related to the application are not refundable, unless the edition of the course for which the candidate has been admitted does not take place. Occasional cases will be submitted for decision by the Management Board, upon presentation, in writing, of the reasons for the cancellation / withdrawal.

Training / events that will not start

In cases where the training / event does not start, due to issues under the responsibility of the Polytechnic of Leiria, the total amount paid is returned.
